Co-facilitate bakery opening and closing procedures, including cash-drawer balancing and bank deposits. Assist guests with orders in person and by phone while suggesting creative solutions like add-ons and retail. Operate the POS with accuracy, coordinate order timing between departments, and manage special-order fulfillment via web and email. Maintain a clean and sanitized crafting area, organize retail merchandise, and handle inventory receiving and loading. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, manage GEM cases, and track house accounts. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support daily store operations.
