Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive customer service as a brand ambassador, conveying product value through personal engagement and maintaining a positive demeanor in hectic situations. Manage daily store operations by opening and closing the location, processing cash register transactions, exchanges, and refunds, while ensuring all policies are strictly adhered to. Present products in an inviting manner according to specified guidelines and collaborate on general storage tasks and shop floor replenishment. Requires initial professional retail experience, very good English skills, and a positive personality to inspire both colleagues and customers.
