Key Holder | Lead the Shift. Hold the Standard.

Lead the shift on the floor with no direct reports by coaching and guiding team members, setting and upholding the standard for cleanliness, safety, and performance, and making independent operational decisions when management isn’t present. Own the day from opening to close, handle customer questions professionally, communicate clearly during downtime or service interruptions, and drive a positive customer experience while maintaining safety procedures. This role is a stepping stone toward further leadership opportunities and emphasizes on-the-job training, real-time coaching, problem solving, and holding the site to standards through presence, coaching, and example.
