Job Summary
Lead store operations by supporting day-to-day functions, managing staff training and development, and maintaining positive team environments. Drive sales goals and customer service levels while overseeing inventory control, equipment maintenance, and merchandise display consistent with company promotions. Act as the primary coach and liaison with the Customer Service Centre to ensure all performance standards and policies are implemented. Manage markdowns and transfers accurately, train staff on product knowledge, and maintain clean store conditions. Requires retail management experience and Tack knowledge. Full-time role with competitive compensation.
