Job Summary
Under the supervision of store management, advise customers to maximize sales potential by providing a warm welcome, answering product questions, and suggesting complementary items. Manage the sales floor independently, prepare and place products on the sales floor, and ensure the store and backstore remain clean and tidy. Process transactions at the cash register while making yourself available during fitting room visits and applying all head office policies and procedures. Meet and exceed personal sales goals through proactive customer service and stay on the lookout for new products to share with shoppers. Perform other duties as needed to support the team. This role requires previous sales experience and functional bilingualism, with flexibility for working holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
