KEY HOLDER

Provide customers with a warm welcome, answer product questions, and suggest items to maximize sales potential. Manage the sales floor independently, prepare and place products on the sales floor, and ensure the store and backstore remain clean and tidy. Open and close the store under supervision, accompany customers to the cash register to process transactions, and apply head office policies and procedures. Be available in the fitting room and look for new products to share with customers. This role requires previous sales experience, bilingualism, and flexibility to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
