Job Summary
Provide customers with a warm welcome, answer product questions, and suggest items to maximize sales potential. Manage the sales floor independently, prepare and place products on the sales floor, and ensure the store and backstore remain clean and tidy. Open and close the store under supervision of management, accompany customers to the cash register to process transactions, and make yourself available in the fitting room. Meet and exceed personal sales goals while listening to customer needs. Work flexible hours, including holidays and longer shifts during busy periods, while respecting head office policies.
Required Qualifications
- previous sales experience
- functionally bilingual
- open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods (depending on your availability)
