Job Summary
Key Holder role supporting the Management team to drive profitable store sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include coaching the selling behaviors, creating a high performing selling culture, leading with the La Senza selling model, managing store operations (opening/closing, cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation), ensuring visual merchandising and product availability, reducing shrink through compliant operations, and collaborating with Management to optimize results and payroll. Requires ability to foster exceptional customer service, delegate and communicate across the organization, coach and develop the team, and manage priorities with professionalism in line with brand standards. Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and prior supervisory experience are required.
