Job Summary

Key Holder at Scrubs & Beyond responsible for supporting the store leadership team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting with the store sales plan, managing budgets and payroll, coaching and training team members, opening/closing duties, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and contributing to strategic efforts to grow market share with group accounts and retail customers. Must demonstrate leadership, customer connection, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong emphasis on leadership, coaching, metrics, and store operations in a PT role.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience
  • Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals
  • Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • PT 15-29 hours weekly
