Job Summary
As a Key Holder at Scrubs & Beyond, you’ll be an integral part of the store leadership team, supporting every aspect of store performance. You’ll help achieve the store sales plan and targets, manage budgets and payroll procedures, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will coach and train team members, lead when on duty, maintain strong visual merchandising standards, and open/close the store. You’ll contribute to business strategies to boost sales and expand market share by selling to group accounts and retail customers, while upholding the company’s values and driving a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience
- Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- PT 15-29 hours weekly
