Job Summary
As a Key Holder at Scrubs & Beyond, you will be part of the store leadership team, supporting store performance and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll help develop business strategies to achieve goals, expand market share by selling to group accounts and retail customers, assist in achieving the store sales plan, manage budgets and payroll control, coach and train team members, lead as manager on duty, maintain visual merchandising standards, and handle opening/closing duties. The role emphasizes driving sales, people leadership, customer connections, and adherence to core values to sustain a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience
- Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals
- Can work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
