Job Summary
Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient store operations. The role requires coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service and to achieve sales and customer service targets. Responsibilities include cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations, as well as opening and closing the store on a rota basis. The position is suited for an ambitious self-starter with prior retail experience and, ideally, some supervisory duties. The role offers opportunities for progression within a prestige beauty brand and includes working hours across days, nights, weekends, and during special events. A right-to-work in the country is required for interview consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
- The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
