Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting inquiries, operating the POS, and suggesting additional products to meet sales goals. Maintain store visual standards through sales floor merchandising, cleaning, and maintenance while managing opening and closing procedures. Uphold loss prevention policies and collaborate with the team to ensure a positive, playful, and energetic environment. Work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations and promote our unique brand experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to use a POS/cash register
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Able to independently lift/move up to 25 lbs
- Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Must be able to work alone or with the minimum amount of supervision
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months in a similar retail role
