Job Summary
Retail Keyholder to deliver a SUGARTAINMENT customer experience, perform sales floor merchandising and maintenance, handle POS transactions, open/close procedures, assist customers, meet sales goals, merchandise displays, participate in events/promotions, reinforce LP policies, and uphold store standards. Requires high school diploma or equivalent preferred, 6 months retail experience preferred, 18+ years old, and flexibility to work days/evenings/weekends/holidays; ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; strong communication, energy, and teamwork in a fast-paced, playful environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months in a similar retail role preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to use a POS/cash register
- Able to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs with/without assistance
