Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting inquiries, operating the POS, and merchandising displays to visual standards. Achieve sales goals through product knowledge, suggesting additional items, and explaining benefits and value. Support store operations by maintaining cash records, executing opening and closing procedures, and ensuring sales floor cleanliness. Understand loss prevention policies and communicate issues with the Store Manager. Work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays while lifting up to 25 lbs independently. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to use a POS/cash register
- Able to independently lift/move up to 25 lbs
- Able to independently lift/move up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Must be able to work alone or with the minimum amount of supervision
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months in a similar retail role preferred
