Job Summary
Retail Keyholder role at IT’SUGAR involving delivering a SWEET customer experience and brand representation as a premier “SUGARTAINER.” Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers, operating POS/register, cash handling, maintaining sales floor visuals, merchandising, and participation in store opening/closing procedures. The role supports achieving sales goals through product knowledge, upselling, and explaining benefits. Other duties include store operations such as visual merchandising, assisting with events/promotions, adhering to LP policies, maintaining cleanliness, and participating in set-up for promotions. The position emphasizes embodying IT’SUGAR core values of being Positive, Playful, Present, and a Difference Maker, while working in a flexible schedule retail environment. Education requires a High School diploma or equivalent preferred; 6 months of retail experience preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs with/without assistance, and work alone or with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to use a POS/cash register
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Able to independently lift/move up to 25 lbs. Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. with assistance
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
