Job Summary
On-shift leadership role overseeing opening/closing routines, providing on-floor supervision to associates, and ensuring a welcoming, well-merchandised store environment for shoppers and donors. Responsibilities include guiding daily shift execution, conducting POS and front-end activities, maintaining signage and pricing accuracy, supporting donor flow and safety, coaching team members to uphold service standards, and ensuring compliance with store policies. Emphasizes proactive leadership, customer/donor service, recovery and presentation standards, and seamless store readiness across shopper- and donor-facing areas.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree in business, Logistics, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of supervisory or lead experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and apply established processes
- Forklift certification may be required depending on location; training provided by the organization
- Bilingual skills preferred
