Job Summary
Key Holder provides on-shift leadership and ensures a clean, organized, shopper- and donor-friendly store environment. Responsibilities include leading shift execution, supporting opening/closing routines, guiding associates, maintaining merchandising standards, reinforcing POS accuracy and customer flow, and coaching team members to deliver safe, friendly service while following store processes. The role emphasizes frontline leadership, associate guidance, error prevention (pricing integrity, backroom organization), donor interactions, and adherence to safety and presentation guidelines. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to train and motivate staff are required; forklift certification may be needed at certain locations, and bilingual abilities are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One to two years of supervisory or lead experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments required
- Forklift certification (training and certification provided by the organization) may be required by location
- Bilingual skills are preferred
