Job Summary
Key Holder role at Fred Perry in London (Newburgh Street) for a part-time schedule (3 days per week). Responsibilities include greeting customers promptly, identifying customer needs through open questions, relaying customer feedback to designers/buyers, timely processing of merchandise, loss prevention through organised stockroom, re-merchandising displays and POS areas, handling till operations and banking, and deputising for Store Manager in their absence.
