Key Holder/Team Leader for Cardiff store responsible for greeting customers, identifying needs with open questions, relaying customer feedback to designers/buyers, processing merchandise, loss prevention, re-merchandising displays and POS areas, handling till operations and banking, deputising for Store Manager when absent, and enforcing store policies. Requires strong communication, a positive attitude toward the Fred Perry brand, and a commitment to diversity and equal opportunity. 24 hours across 4 days a week; suitable for candidates seeking part-time retail leadership experience.
