Greet customers promptly, identify specific needs using open questions, and maintain a feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording comments. Process incoming and outgoing merchandise timely and accurately while staying proactive in loss prevention through organized stockrooms. Re-merchandise displays and point of sale areas regularly to maximize sell-through, demonstrate great till operations including cash handling and banking, and deputise for the Store Manager or Assistant Manager during their absence. Inform shop managers of any policy or procedure noncompliance and perform additional duties as assigned. Requires retail experience, great communication skills, and a positive approach to the brand.
