Job Summary
Key Holder role at Everything But Water supporting Store Management to ensure exceptional customer service and alignment with brand standards. Responsibilities include assisting with shift coverage, supervising Sales Associates when needed, delivering confident, knowledgeable customer interactions, maintaining cleanliness/organization/visual presentation, and aligning actions with sales goals. Requires 2-4 years retail experience, 1 year supervisory experience, availability nights/weekends/holidays, strong communication and interpersonal skills, physical ability to stand/walk 8 hours, ladder climbing, and lifting up to 10 pounds; must be 18+, fluent in English.
