Job Summary
Key Holder will work with Store Management to ensure a customer-centric environment through exceptional service. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with business needs, shift coverage, and occasional supervision of Sales Associates; delivering the company’s selling model confidently; maintaining brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation; and aligning behaviors with sales goals. The role emphasizes customer service excellence and effective communication to engage customers and uphold store standards in a fashion-forward, specialty retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in retail sales
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Effective customer engagement skills
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Fluent in English (speak, read, write)
- Ability to stand and walk for eight hours
- Climb a ladder
- Lift a minimum of 10 pounds
