Job Summary
As a Key Holder, provide every customer with a great experience, maintain product knowledge, and provide in-depth information on product features and benefits. Assist with and be knowledgeable in all store operations, including opening/closing procedures, administering returns/store credit, special orders, and distributing tasks among Sales Associates. Demonstrate our core values by delivering an outstanding shopping experience, leading store sales to meet daily objectives, maintaining store aesthetics, and staying knowledgeable about brand/products, company information, events, and safety. The role offers a base hourly pay with tiered commission, additional incentives, and opportunities for growth; required background includes prior Key Holder or sales-lead experience, strong customer service, computer/POS proficiency, and a passion for the riding community.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year+ of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or an equivalent role at a retail store
- 2 years+ of sales or customer service experience
- self-starter mentality
- open mind, eager to learn and be part of the riding community
- experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
