Job Summary
Manage product availability and visual displays by retrieving merchandise from sales floors and stock rooms to replenish inventory. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries about product features, making recommendations, and processing cash register transactions including sales, returns, and loyalty program connections. Perform designated keyholder duties such as opening and closing the store while maintaining standards for cleanliness and safety. Work a flexible retail schedule that changes seasonally and requires physical activity involving lifting up to 40 lbs. Support Store Leadership in creating memorable customer experiences across Columbia Sportswear's global retail network.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system
- Skill operating other in-store computerized systems
- Skill using telephone
- Ability to clearly communicate with others
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule
