Job Summary
Open and close the car wash facility following established procedures, act as Manager on Duty during manager absences, and secure POS, equipment, and property. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions and concerns, assist with training and motivating team members, and ensure all equipment functions properly by reporting maintenance issues promptly. Monitor workflow to maintain efficiency, enforce company policies and safety standards, and step in to perform additional team duties as needed. This outdoor role requires frequent physical activity in all weather conditions, with a valid driver's license required. Required Qualifications
