Job Summary
Key Holder responsibilities include delivering an exceptional client experience, embracing and promoting retail initiatives, meeting and exceeding sales targets (daily, monthly, yearly), driving client data capture, creating and nurturing genuine client relationships to hit KPIs (sales, UPT, ATV), maintaining post-sale service, opening/closing registers, visual and inventory maintenance, processing returns/exchanges, and supporting the sales team through coaching and training to drive business initiatives and events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment
- Full understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling
- Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment
