Job Summary
Provide warm welcome and assist customers in a lingerie/swimwear-focused setting; understand customer needs, explain product features and materials, help customers in the fitting room, and suggest additional products to maximize sales. Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support, manage the sales floor when managers are away, place and display products to create a memorable shopping experience, and handle transactions at the cash register while adhering to store policies. Maintain a clean, organized environment and stay informed about new products to share top picks, with responsibilities including opening/closing duties and contributing to a team-focused, growth-oriented store culture. The role is permanent, part-time, located in Wr entham, MA, with in-person remote option and offers a blend of customer service and sales activities in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- previous sales experience
- ability to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods
- functionally bilingual (an asset)
