Job Summary
As a Key Holder at Gopuff, you will open and close the store, assume management responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager, and assist in periods of high volume. You will provide excellent customer service, drive sales, maintain inventory, operate the alarm system, and ensure store safety standards. This position requires standing for long periods, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. A commitment to developing retail sales skills and strong interpersonal abilities are crucial for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- One year as a store associate or customer service representative
- High School Diploma or equivalent
