Job Summary
Greet guests, prepare specialty beverages, and execute suggestive selling to drive sales while maintaining store merchandise standards. Process transactions through the POS system, manage opening and closing procedures, and monitor daily waste to support operational efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and security protocols while collaborating with the team to meet performance goals. This role requires standing for up to eight hours and lifting up to 40 pounds. Pay is $20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age for liquor sales (where applicable)
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to read, count, and complete required operational paperwork accurately
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a keyholder, barista, or retail/food service associate preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong hospitality mindset
- Passion for coffee, beverages, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Experience with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing displays
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices (Food Handler's Card preferred)
