Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate the activities of the retail sales team as Shift Supervisor/Key Holder. Responsibilities include supervising a team of retail sales workers, adjusting daily schedules for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency, training and evaluating employees, tracking monthly results and trends for business forecasting, and providing exceptional customer service. Requires leadership, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hardware-store environment; physical duties include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50lbs. Based in Wayland, MA or Provincetown, MA with local store operations at Ace Hardware locations.
