Open and close the store as dictated by schedule, serving as the "Manager on Duty" during the absence of management staff. Direct the store team while overseeing merchandise receiving, store processes, cash register transactions, daily cash reconciliation, and inventory control. Resolve and report shift issues regarding employees, customers, and product, while enforcing safety policies and acting as a role model. Maintain accurate records by gathering and analyzing data, ensuring all operations adhere to company-directed policies and procedures.
