Job Summary
Lead the 24-hour store team in opening, closing, and maintaining visual merchandising standards while managing daily restocking and cleaning duties. Forge lasting customer relationships by providing expert product knowledge on new arrivals, fit, and replenishment, and invite clients to upcoming events. Take ownership of sales floor operations and motivate the team to achieve commission-based goals through insightful product discussions. Report KPIs as required and communicate inventory needs to support business objectives under the guidance of the Store Manager. Work 9-hour shifts including weekends to ensure the store runs smoothly, maintaining punctuality and adherence to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Available morning and/or evening, work 9 hour shifts
- Available at least 1 weekend day
- Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts
- Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues
- A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and the ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
- Strong organizational skills and follow through skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Eager to develop new skills and responsive to feedback
