Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring opening/closing procedures and operational tasks align with store plans. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and maintain accurate associate coverage across service areas. Prioritize tasks based on store needs while ensuring adherence to labor laws, safety protocols, and credit/loyalty programs. Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier leadership roles as required, communicating priorities with management and tracking progress updates. Maintain confidentiality and promote a culture of honesty and integrity throughout the team.
Required Qualifications
- open availability, including nights and weekends
- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
