Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring opening/closing procedures and operational tasks align with company guidelines. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and maintain accurate coverage in service areas. Prioritize tasks based on store needs, exercise discretion on policies, and partner with management on training and shrink reduction goals. Maintain a safe environment while adhering to labor laws and credit/loyalty programs. Requires flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks

- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
