Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring opening/closing procedures and operational tasks align with company plans. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and maintain accurate associate coverage across service areas. Prioritize store activities, enforce adherence to labor laws and policies, and partner with management on training needs. Support shrink reduction goals, credit/loyalty programs, and safety awareness while acting as a flexible leader during nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
