Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations as an elevated Coordinator or Key Carrier, alternating leadership roles to maintain all aspects of the store. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and ensure opening/closing procedures and operational tasks are executed per company guidelines. Act as Manager on Duty by prioritizing tasks, communicating with management, and adhering to labor laws while promoting safety and shrink reduction goals. Requires flexible availability including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $19.00 to $19.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
