Job Summary
Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles to maintain all aspects of the store, acting as Manager on Duty and ensuring team adherence to operational procedures. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and ensure opening/closing procedures are executed per company guidelines. Prioritize tasks, communicate priorities with management, and partner on training needs to increase effectiveness. Support credit and loyalty programs, participate in shrink reduction goals, and maintain safety awareness. Requires open availability including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $15.25 to $15.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience including opening and closing stores
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must have open availability, including nights and weekends
