Job Summary
Key Carrier role alternating with Coordinator, predominantly performing the role of Coordinator and occasionally acting as Key Carrier, taking on a leadership role in maintaining all aspects of the store. Requires open availability, including nights and weekends. Delivers excellent customer service, coaches Associates, ensures proper opening/closing procedures, staffing coverage, adherence to store policies, and effective communication with management. Demonstrates problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills to support store operations and safety, with accountability for labor compliance and recognition/feedback processes.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
- able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to coach, delegate, and follow up on multiple people/tasks
- knowledge of labor laws and store procedures
