Job Summary
Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator position. The role alternates between Coordinator and Key Carrier, taking on a leadership function to maintain all store operations. Must have open availability including nights and weekends. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, coaching Associates, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, managing Associate coverage for service areas, executing opening/closing procedures, communicating with management, supporting training, promoting safety, and contributing to shrink reduction goals. Requires strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing directions.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
- open availability including nights and weekends

- familiarity with store operations and labor policies
- ability to respond to changes and delegate tasks
