Job Summary
Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles based on store needs, performing leadership duties to maintain all store aspects. Act as Manager on Duty, ensuring the team executes tasks per the store plan, addresses immediate customer service issues, and coaches Associates. Maintain accurate associate coverage, verify adherence to operational procedures, and ensure opening/closing guidelines are followed. Communicate priorities with management, provide feedback to staff, and partner on training needs. Support credit/loyalty programs, shrink reduction goals, and safety awareness. Requires open availability including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
