Job Summary
Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles based on store needs, acting as Manager on Duty to oversee all store operations and team performance. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and ensure strict adherence to opening/closing procedures, operational guidelines, and labor laws. Prioritize tasks to maintain accurate associate coverage while supporting shrink reduction goals, safety awareness, and credit/loyalty programs. Maintain confidentiality and promote a culture of honesty and integrity. Requires flexible availability including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $18.25 to $18.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
