Required Qualifications
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience or demonstrated leadership ability
- Able to coach, delegate, and follow up on multiple people/tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Ability to adapt to changes and priorities
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Experience adhering to labor laws, policies, and procedures
- Ability to provide feedback and coaching to Associates
- Customer service excellence and professional conduct
- Ability to act as Manager on Duty when needed
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in store operations
- Experience with opening/closing procedures
- Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture
