Job Summary
Open and close the store as directed, acting as the Store Manager during the manager's absence. Assist in store management, supervise associates, and train new staff while maintaining safety and security awareness. Implement company policies, drive sales growth, and control shrinkage through preventative measures. Handle personnel and customer complaints, ensure store image and staff appearance standards, and coach associates on office reports like ADS, UPT, and payroll. Maintain alertness during assigned hours and perform all usual retail apparel and footwear duties.
