Job Summary
The Key Carrier assists in the management of the retail facility, performing roles such as cashier, receiver, or sales associate. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store as directed, supervising store associates, training new staff, maintaining store appearance, managing shrinkage control, and resolving personnel/customer issues. The Key Carrier should comprehend and implement company policies, contribute to increasing sales while maintaining profit structure, and help ensure compliance with operational goals.
