Job Summary
Key Carrier role alternating with Coordinator, taking on leadership responsibilities in store operations. Requires open availability including nights and weekends; provides exceptional customer service, coaches Associates, maintains coverage in service areas, ensures adherence to labor laws and store procedures, and communicates priorities to management. Demonstrates strong problem solving, coaching, delegation, and organizational skills to support store performance and safety. Role involves acting as Manager on Duty, guiding Associates, and contributing to shrink reduction and loyalty programs. Starts at $16.00–$16.50 per hour with part-time schedule at the Marshalls store location in The Villages, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
- open availability including nights and weekends
