Job Summary
Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedures while ensuring store team tasks align with the store plan. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and maintain accurate coverage in service areas. Execute opening and closing procedures, communicate priorities with management, and partner on training needs to increase effectiveness. Support shrink reduction goals, promote safety awareness, and ensure adherence to labor laws and credit/loyalty programs. Requires flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $15.75 to $16.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
