Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring opening/closing procedures and operational tasks align with store plans. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and maintain accurate associate coverage while adhering to labor laws and safety protocols. Manage priorities through effective communication with management and Associates, delivering progress updates and constructive feedback. Support credit and loyalty programs, participate in shrink reduction goals, and partner with leadership on training needs. Requires flexible availability including nights and weekends, with a starting pay range of $15.50 to $16.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
