Job Summary
Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles based on store needs, acting as Manager on Duty to maintain all aspects of the store. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and ensure opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines. Prioritize tasks in accordance with the store plan, enforce operational procedures, and partner with management on training needs to increase effectiveness. Maintain accurate associate coverage in service areas while promoting safety awareness and adhering to labor laws. Act quickly under challenging circumstances to support shrink reduction goals and credit/loyalty programs. Requires open availability including nights and weekends; starting pay is $18.25 to $18.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
