Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the store by acting as Manager on Duty, ensuring opening/closing procedures and operational tasks align with company guidelines. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and maintain accurate associate coverage while prioritizing shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. Alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier leadership roles based on store needs, communicating priorities with management and delivering progress updates. Ensure adherence to labor laws, credit and loyalty programs, and associate training needs. Requires flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $15.25 to $15.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must have open availability, including nights and weekends
